1. Order Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Contact us. We will be happy to provide a replacement or refund after verifying the issue. We require a photo of the product for verification.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color, or change of mind. Please review size charts, descriptions, and order details carefully before purchasing.
3. Cancellations and Modifications
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 6 hours of placement. Once the order is in production, we are unable to make changes. If you need assistance with a recent order, please contact us promptly at Contact us.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Items damaged in transit.
- Print or production errors.
- Orders lost in transit and confirmed as lost by the carrier.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have verified a defect or issue with the item.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, we will be happy to assist in re-shipping the order to the correct address. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.
